Qamarzaman Kaira is also known as "Mujra ministor". During the flood of 2010 he paid 15 lakh Rs to an indian female dancer to perform in his party in pakistan for one night. Qamarzaman Kaira is the same guy who went US to collect funds for flood victums but he hired a limousine for the party. He went to a night club and had problem with another guy there while he was drunk. Gaurds of the club then kick him out. I really dono why people vote such characterless politicians.
