When Dante was just a child used to see every day a little beautifull girl just for a while during his way to school. One day she didn't appeared and he never see her again till the day of her wedding, when he saw her as an splendid bride. Not a long time before, she died as she was having a baby. Dante could see her for the last time as her body was being carried to the cementery. Then he wrote this poem.
