Baffles removed. 1996 - 883 - Hugger. Z-bars 10", solo seat, softail tank, bobtail fender, burly 10.5" shocks, and buell header - I shoulda did the homework as I think 98 down headers fit correctly.

  • Lol man I had that happen to me slot my first ride on my bike lol well the bike jumping like that, I learned later that I gata ease that clutch out slower sweet ride!!!

  • @dethkatt - yeah they're a bit tricky at first right? she smoothed it out not too long after this vid - sis is a quick learner. thanks for the comment - sorry to say I've got her laid up in the storage due to 2 more bikes - but I got some plans.

  • whats the year of the sportster? it looks awosme !

  • @calp1989 - 1996 (883)

  • @calp1989 Thanks, its a 96 883 - I'll do something with the description.

  • are you crazy, with her being a new rider, she better put on a helmet, get that thing dyna tuned with those pipes and a power commander and will stop the backfire , if it does not have a fuel pump, than jet that thing , have fun but gosh dang put a helmet on that girl, or take her to a class or bigger lot, if she ran that thing into that wall, it deff. would not of been so cool anymore,

  • @timmcveigh1 - you're absolutely right i should have put a helmet on her. A bigger lot is out of the question with this girl - she would have tried to run through all the gears if she had enough room. she got up to third a few minutes after this. I was going to put her through the same class i did, but the next class was when she was leaving - woulda been a great christmas gift though. As for the backfire, I had the baffles out when to modify. them. I had already rebuilt and re-jet.

  • umm ma'am on the bike: marry me?

  • HAHAHA! I see what you mean about Mr. Negative. You should really consider getting the PowerCommander for your carbureted bike (DOH!!!!).
