Can someone help me out? why does the first guys guitar sound like that? I noticed that the version on my cd with eric clapton and duane allman also has that sound. I really like it. Is it the strings? or the type of guitar? I dont play guitar but I'm wanting to start up. My brother's acoustic doesnt sound like that at all. it has a much deeper acoustic feel.

@holyise Thank you for your question. They are resonator guitars and not just regular acoustic guitars. Aluminum cones inside the guitar creates the vibrating sound. Additionally, wearing finger picks and developing good playing technique creates a full rich tone. Heavier nickel strings seem to work best with lower open tunings.
