The game was incredibly easy even by Final Fantasy's typical difficulty standards, some of the music was relatively ill chosen (eyes on me for example when you take in the lyrics really feels oddly placed), top it off with a convoluted plot that takes itself too seriously and seifer seems to be more likeable then your crew (according to many people I've talked to, and that's not a good sign about your crew of heroes), add in a broken junction system and voila.

Imagine FFVI with XIII-2 graphics, with its original soundtrack and story...

I'd kill just to move my Locke/Edgar/Celes/Terra/Gogo/S­abin/Setzer/Cyan around instead of stupid Vaan and awful Lightning! Imagine FF VI world perfectly redone in HD graphics keeping Amano's art... It would be so great...

Just imagine it and compare it to last FFs... yes Square enix is gay nowadays.

I kinda disagree. Sure, it's not as good the the two before it, but I can't rate FF8 worse than FF5. FF9 reminded me of 3, and 10 wasn't bad, I dare say better than 8. Everything after 10 just doesn't feel like a Final Fantasy.
