"Why Did I Choose You?" from the Broadway musical The Yearling was written by Michael Leonard and Herbert Martin and was recorded in 1965 by Barbra Streisand and included on her Columbia Records album, My Name Is Barbra, the first of 2 albums from the TV show of the same title. It is available on CD on the Sony label.
