A scene in EVA2 has a Yui obsessed Fuyutsuki notice that feminine looking Shinji looks a lot like his mother, Yui (who just happens to be Fuyu's unrequited love). lacking a Yui, Fuyutski sets out to make a facsimile of her by making Shinji a trap, but (understandably) Shinji isn't very compliant...

And no, the end probably isn't what it sounds like...I think.
After all EVA2 isn't an eroge now is it? (if it was we'd have more Kaworu)
