Senator Geller mocking the DNC

Geller: "...So the Democratic leader and the Democratic leader pro tem are jointly making this motion, which we will duly show them later, that we tried not to have the election on, um, before (Feb. 5).

President: "And so Sen. Geller are you urging a negative vote or would you like us to pass this vote?"

Geller: "Oh no sir. We really, really want this. Don't we senator? (sarcasm and audible laughter in chamber).

He very clearly is mocking the DNC. I hope he's happy with the results.

Now he's filed suit to get Florida delegates seated. Gee, I wonder where he was when his primary was being moved in violation of DNC rules? Oh, that right. This isn't the first time I thought Florida's votes should be disqualified because they couldn't hold an election properly. Back in 2000, they should've been thrown out of the Electoral College for not counting all the votes. Now they can't be bothered to follow the rules when 48 other states did. These idiots deserve to lose their vote. Can't we kick them out of the Union?
