wow and wow and more wow. This game is full of wow and win.
This is one of the most "Touhou-like" battles of the game due to the spellcard-like approach (called "Attractions" here, hence the "NOW REACHES THE FATAL ATTRACTION"). Shrine of Farewell is surely the best example of what Touhou would look like if ZUN could be a fan of mecha, surrealism, inverted colours and kickass.
NOW REACHES THE FATAL ATTRACTION BE DESCRIBED AS "HELLSINKER".
Mark my words, that quote topped the "Be attitude for gains".
Boss name: "Unnamed 290". This is the point of no return. You have to fill the energy bar to "revive" the creature/thing/computer/total karma compressor system.
Three levels, which will grant you three different final bosses. Only the Lvl.3 boss can lead you to the true true last boss (Lost Property 771) but the other two are nothing short of amazing anyway.
-ATTRACTIONS-
RESUSCITATE PROCESS:CURRENT UNIT
01 THORNED CHAIN
02 WIND ROSE
03 ANEMOSCOPE
04 RHODO PHIALA
05 CLOVER
06 CELESTIAL CATARACT
07 GEO MOVEMENT
08 TIDAL GEAR
09 INTEGRAL FORCE
10 SOLEMN ORCHESTRA
11 SOLAR PLEXUS
12 QUASAR
For "Quasar", you might want to bomb like I did because it was the first time I reached Lvl.3 or, if you feel pro, just dodge the evil attack. I couldn't afford to die and let the bar get back to level 2 because it happened three times before and I CANNOT beat the Lvl.2 boss (cheerfully called "Glitched" Kareidoscope, while the Lvl.1 is called "Kareidoscope")
Since Segment 5 you can notice the game keeps getting more and more epic and "higher", at this stage you get that feeling of "yes, this is the end".
That weird sign at 0:47 reminds me of the Spiritual Border in Touhou 7...
