the problem with exposed steel structures,ie,in this case,shipping containers turned into modular homes,despite protective paints,is that it will still rust away!!!

I'm a student in Real Estate & Urban Analysis! From research these units/block maybe the source of future housing boom. The average unit life spand is over 100yrs when stationary and can be build at half the cost!
