  • first off the zenoah and cy engines have no vavles so high octane is a myth...I run coleman fuel it has 55% octane.

Second it was the coil that needed the gap reset.... thats why the baja died

  • I own 15 1/5 car trucks and buggies

  • They cost $385 on ebay...you cant beat that!!!

All these HPI finatics and their PRECIOUS are pissed off they spent $800 or more the thier buggies.....parts are cheap to buy and ALL HPI parts and aftermaket parts fit the KM Baja!!

  • @hellyafghopups yea but hpi motors are way better then kings motors and not made of plastic thats made in china

  • valves have nothing to do with octane, compression does..

  • what about with that gay, rip off ethanol in it.

  • King motor is great..same as hpi..just not as much $..parts fit from hpi..same tiers..shocks..and fuilie motor..something strange about that..but a great car..iv had great luck with mine..you can upgrade for little money....get a king motor!!!

  • Valves have nothing to do with the amount of octane required, its based on the engines comp. ratio.

And these engines run fine on 87 octane pump gas.

  • OOPS, I found the other vid, thats what I'm talking about!!. And yes things do break, remember how heavy this thing is. But most of the time it's loose screws, your supposed to be checking these things. But still, bang for the buck you cant beat it and the best part, after you bullit proof it, it will STILL be cheaper that the 5B and just as fast.

  • Dude, get a tuned pipe, richen the low end and lean the top end, add some 115 octane with MC1 plus synthetic oil and hang the hell on,,, you wont be sorry.

  • Mine should be on the way from ebya!! Can't wait..

  • terribly i heard only bad about them i have a friend that has one he said almost after every 5 runs theres something that breaks or something

i say buy the original its always better

+ the motor is better with hpi
