  • YaY!! I have a rule that you should never live in an apartment more than 4 years... since I had so much stuff to get rid of when I moved after 7 years (kidding actually). But getting ridda stuff is GOOD. Also especially important for young people is a new attitude toward debt, credit and savings and money in general. I got burried one time and it effected me for years.. Anywhoo.. I haven't left you a note in a long time.. so happy new year!! from kerrville tx :-)

  • You are very inspiring person with big, sensitive heart ! :))

  • Good luck, you have inspired me to take the bull by the horns as well to start the year ;)

  • Thanku to u & Canyon for sharing something so raw &honest from the inside. This is EXACTLY what i needed 2 see & hear today! its amazing how 1 small moment can change an entire day.... make sure u dont miss those moments being 2 caught up in planning. Every once in a while stop, listen & feel, & let what seems to be an insignificant moment colour your world & open ur heart. GLad to see your off to a great start to 2010. On a final note "When at first you do succeed try 2 conceal ur astonishment"

  • lovely

  • Similarly, I got energised by some decluttering very early this year. My sister, dad and I cleared 30 years of accumulated junk (and some good stuff) out of my parents' big, dusty, dirty, spidery garage, most of it in one (huge) day. It really hit me just how much I can get done if I don't procrastinate or get distracted. Very empowering. Good luck with your plan of attack. I must do that myself.

Your friend is talented. And probably going to kick your ass. :)

  • "Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it."

It's good to plan for the future, but not at the expense of the moment.

It's all about pursuing a state of equilibrium... a balance to find yourself in the world and embrace a peace of mind. Many people chase an illusion of happiness their whole lives with nothing to show for it, except regret.

Make realistic short term goals that are collectively focused toward long term goals.

You are on the right track.

  • beautiful

  • that was beautiful, hope you don't get into too much trouble :0)
