Noodling: Why I love Spanish Guitar

Besides working on full length tracks I do also like to 'noodle' and create short melodies. This is something I came up with about a year ago.

First I recorded the background rhythm which you can hear repeating, then I just improvised over the top.
This is why I love Spanish guitar - you can really 'speak' the instrument. It's the first hobby I had as a kid, I wanted to learn the Spanish Guitar and started young (6). It's rare for me to have a day where I don't pick up a guitar and riff for a while.

I encourage anyone who has an interest in music to buy an instrument and teach yourself to play it in your spare time - It's highly rewarding and once you have learnt the basics the steep learning curve evens out.
