I own this DVD and the preview here cuts a lot of the instruction out from what is on the DVD. I think this is just a sample. This is an awesome DVD if you see the entire instruction, I love it.
Me encanto este vídeo tutorial porque lo que ha sido mas difícil para mi es aprender los movimientos de las piernas pues no sabia como combinarlos y ademas porque tengo un problema en la rodilla. Y vi que de la forma como ella lo muestra a mi no me duele tanto y se reduce el dolor. Muchísimas gracias desde Colombia para ti .
see, I can't even complete explaining the first movement with words. She doesn't explain nor does half of it. Still, I guess for beginners it's a simple beginning. But please keep in mind that this is INCOMPLETE if you wish to use these video's.
There are a lot of fundamental steps she doesn't mention, nor does.... the faults start with the very first movement. where your hands need to be alert! and there ought to be space! between the body and your arms. when you sink/bend the knees, you ought to ''open your hands''. While doing this, you slowly move your weight to your right-foot, you place you left foot a bit to the side, position it facing the tips to the ''front wall'', place it and shift your weight slowly to the left foot. etc
