Alright here it is! Originally titled "Broken" I heard this on TV the other day and really liked it so I decided to change the title. 3 comments for the next one!

Chapter 1
Olivias P.O.V.
Intercom-Olivia Sanchez please report to the Counselors office. Olivia Sanchez to the counselors office.

I closed the textbook that was lying open on my desk and stuck it in my backpack along with my notes.
Jessica- Shes finally gonna go to counseling for being a nerd. (The class bursts into laughter)

I rolled my eyes at Jessicas comment and walked out of my trig class and into the empty hallway. As I walked into the counseling office, I saw my older sister Veronica sitting with her head down on the couch, shaking with sobs. I saw Mr. Norvas, the school counselor, comforting her as a cop tried to ask her some questions. Just as I stepped farther into the room, Mr. Norvas walked over to me.
Olivia-Veronica? Whats wrong? What happened?
Mr. Norvas- Olivia, you should sit down.
Olivia- can someone please tell me whats going on?

Nicks P.O.V.
We had just pulled into the driveway of our new house. Joe, Kevin and Frankie ran in to claim their rooms and I followed behind my parents. We had just finished our Burnin Up Tour and now we were settling into a home twenty minutes from the city of Chicago for a year before we had to start touring again. I looked up at the white house. It was a really nice home in a nice neighborhood. As I walked through the house, I felt my blackberry vibrate. It was a text message from Maya.
Mayas Text- I cant believe the tour is over! I miss you already. Hows the new house?
Nicks Text-Its great! Miss you toocall you later :]

It was nearly three in the afternoon and I had been unpacked for hours now when I decided to go for a walk, explore the neighborhood. I had been walking for about half an hour when my phone started ringing.
Phone- DANGER! DANGER! DANGER! (he answers it)
Nick- Joe did you change my ring tone again?
Joe- huh? oh yeah sorry! Where are you buddy?
Nick- I went for a walk. Why, Whats up?
Joe- you need to get home. Mom and Dad want to talk to us.
Nick- ok. Ill be there in ten minutes. Did they say why?
Joe- nope. I just know its not my fault, whatever it is.
Nick- (chuckles) ok Ill see you in a minute then.
Joe- alright.
I hung up and started heading home.

Olivias P.O.V.
Mr. Norvas-Im truly sorry for your loss girls.

At that moment, when Mr. Norvas said my mother had passed away in a car accident, I felt my whole world crash down around me. My mother was the sweetest women in the entire world. When she left last night to work the night shift I didnt know that would be the last time I saw her. Mr. Norvas explained that she was heading down the expressway when a drunk driver ran into her going way over the speed limit. The guy made it out unscathed but my mom was rushed to the hospital. She could hardly speak but the few words she managed to say were to make sure we were put under the care of Denise. She had passed away within two minutes of being brought to the hospital. I couldnt even cry. I was in shock. I just looked at Veronica, who was barely an adult getting all this put on her shoulders. She stood up and walked over to me, enveloping me in a hug as she continued sobbing.
Olivia- its gonna be ok Vero.
Veronica- What are we gonna do without her Liv?
Olivia- I have no idea.

I felt the tears start spilling out of my eyes as I stood there with my sister, no idea of what was to come.
