yeh thats the problem I have with kohl pencils. i don't usually use eyeliner on my waterline because they are so prone to smudge so easily. when I do apply it on my waterline I use Rimmels Kohl Pencil in Jet Black xxxx

Ok thank you. You're so nice. Which eyeliner do you use on the waterline? I have Mac and Urban Decay pencils but they smudge alot. x

I didn't use is on my waterline here, I don't tend to use it on my waterline, some people do but im not 100% sure if it's waterline safe. Ask at your MAC store next time you pop in, i know i'll ask when i go next. Dollymix is my favourite blush, its gorgeous and suits so many skin tones!

Love this look. Did you use the fluidline on your waterline too? I want to buy it but don't know if it can be used on the waterline. Oh and Dollymix is such a pretty colour. Everytime I go into Mac I put some of that on. I'll be buying it soon :)
