Just saw this on PBS. Amazing. One of the best things I've ever seen.

Thank you so much for posting this. Once again the gorgeous Matthew Macfadyen speaking so effortlessly and articulately about his role as the 'middle' era Logan. God I love him and would recommend Any Human Heart to anyone to see - just fantastic. I cried at the end when Logan died (played by Jim Broadbent).

I followed it for some weeks, enjoying the diary of man`s life, waiting for the dramatic punch..which just never came.
Nice as a visual blog, lots of nice women and stylish period scenes, but at the end, it felt aimless.
"What was that all about?" I asked myself.
