I doubt this is the answer you are looking for but DJ Shimamura's track Dream Up (and all of it's subsequent remixes and re-edits) feature that sample before the vocals come in before the first drop of the track.

@hypergogo1 yea, I found that one too, but it's not what I was thinking of. This was a newer, happier sounding hardcore tune it was used on, just loops the doooo-dooo, dah-doo-doo, dah-doo-doo piano part over and over... thanks though!
