Gonna give these a go at the gym.
Any indication as to how often they should be performed?
Would it be detrimental to do them daily?

Thank you so much for this video! I have seen several physical therapists regarding my winging scapula, and strangely enough, the simplicity and brevity of these exercises seem to be improving the condition more so than the more intensive regimens I was originally put on. Greatly appreciated!
