  • Never understood why someone would switch arms on every rep. You end up spending more time rolling the ball around than actually working. Do 8-12 on one arm, then switch. Much better!

  • Just got M balls for xmas so this helps. Only comment is I was taught to do squats by lowering my hips below my knees - she does not do that
