This IS the best chest bulking workout. Twice as effective as bench or fly. Thanks for posting James.

I NEVER would have thought of that . . . I've done single arm kneeling "flyes" on a low cable but this looks pretty cool. Will have to try it on the next chest workout. Thanks!
