Dumb Idiots! ! "NOT COOKING" is NOT cruelty. " Cooking ONLY for HERSELF" is cruelty . Here partnership is breached.

Say this way, Husband not working is not a ground for divorce. But Husband working but doesn't support her by Money is cruelty to divorce. I am sure you had seen many like this.
