It's a video which more or less about HOW they decide on a winner in a product test. He spoke mainly about how a tire's outright grip is not as important as how it feels. Meaning....all 'good' tires (categorically spoken) are within 5% of each other when it comes to grip levels. You will never outride a modern tire on the street. It is most important that the tire makes the bike feel neutral, easy to ride, safe and precise when taking corners and offers an immediate response to road surfaces.
