i agree but the reason section 8 is everywhere these days is cause the people who start those buildings get a lot of money from the government for each apartment even though the tenants don't pay nothing well some of them do people abuse the country's crutches to help them get on there feet its a sad world out there these days

The annexation of Allegheny City with Pittsburgh,did it in.Could be a great place,but section 8 housing ruins it.After waiting for 30 years for things to get better,I'm leaving.Suburbs,here I come!
