@Sammy117 add enough flour untill it is a light creamy fluffy not to thick not to thin pancake like batter so when you batter the fish it coats evenly and has a nice layer of batter
@Persadish I'm an Aussie and I say Brits make the best fish and chips. I've only had them once in the UK, but I'll never forget how good they tasted and I've never tasted anything that good since.
