no offends ah! pero ano kaya yun parang kinulayan mo lng ng sauce yung meatballs,put more sauce ... para mas kumapit yung lasa ng sa meatballs. though thats your style, well it just not the proper way of making sweet and sour sauce of meatballs.

try to simmer the sauce together with meatballs for a little more time saka try to add a little bit of water, yun lang its just a sugestion & insted of hp sauce Y try vinegar insted bcoz its the traditionl way & not 2 confuse pipol hu wants 2 learn this recipe. yun lang! kudos pa rin sayo peachy for trying.
