Regulatory Affairs (RA) works closely with US and international governmental agencies to ensure our products are legally registered in the countries where they are marketed.

Quality Assurance (QA) monitors the internal and external performance of our processes and products. QA uses proven techniques such as auditing, surveillance, root cause analysis, and capability analysis to predict and respond to non-conformances and adverse events.

Professional Affairs (PA) manages the contractual arrangements for customer consultants and processes the consulting services payments for those customers. It also serves as the administrative support for customer consultants as well as internal customers such as marketing and our KLEOS organization.
