The inverted row is a basic exercise to strengthen the back and arms. Inverted rows can be used as a progression toward the pull up, but can also be made difficult enough even more a strong practitioner. Specifically translating to climb ups and climbing strength in general, inverted rows are an important exercise for parkour.

  • If you had to take a small selection of the exercises shown in your videos (like 8), what would they be? Also, how often should I repeat them and what should a weakling like myself start off with (Other than push ups, I've recently started them)?

  • @conzors R.O.F.L :DD

  • @luckyirfaan Do them on rings. Elevate your feet. Use one arm. Challenge yourself!

  • cool

  • Looks kinda easy!!!

  • also known as the inclined pull ups

  • aiirman335 i don't think you need em more difficult if you just do em enough times

  • put a box or something else under your heels/feet to elevate them when you do it. and wear a weighted vest or strap on a plate weight
