If you had to take a small selection of the exercises shown in your videos (like 8), what would they be? Also, how often should I repeat them and what should a weakling like myself start off with (Other than push ups, I've recently started them)?

aiirman335 i don't think you need em more difficult if you just do em enough times

put a box or something else under your heels/feet to elevate them when you do it. and wear a weighted vest or strap on a plate weight
