Anne was a bitch

I wish she would've told him in this scene that Elizabeth was going to be the great Tudor ruler and not Edward.

dwelling on anymore, that she's wasted enough of her existence with him. Because undoubtedly what she had in the afterlife is better than any life with him ever was. And that last little smirk...gotta love Anne!

I love how, in the end, none of the women came back to see him. It was all about their children, and he was left alone and rotting in his little hell that he created. Served him right. I know that it may seem cold, but he destroyed the lives of innocent women and men, and he earned his fate. I love that last little look Anne gives him before she turns away. It's almost like she's regretting what might have been, what he and they could have been, before deciding that he isn't worth
I believe that it was Anne and Jane's death that hurt him the most. Despite Anne's scheming, she was innocent of the crimes she was killed for while Jane's death was not Henry's fault (women in that time died in childbirth) but she must have been a sort of respite for him, a woman who was pure in the sense that she meant no harm to anyone. Basically she was a dove to Anne's peacock and so when she died giving him what he truly desired ( a son) he sort of held her to a higher ideal.
