in the philippines, elementary student dont really act that way, I think its a culture shock for the teacher because in the philippines, if the teacher is talking, the students learn how to listen, and for the teachers, being noisy and playing inside the classroom while the teacher is there is being disrespectful, they just cant handle those kinds of situations, bec. they're not used to it
