@speedythatsme Well it has been almost a year and a half and I would say that I am well over 95% back to normal. Left ankle is still substantially larger than the other and I have a wonderfully angry-looking scar. I stretch religiously now and so far everything is going great. That being said, tomorrow is Friday the 13th and I have a baseball game on the same diamond where I had my injury. Knock on wood!!
