  • would it be better to rotate muscle groups? or should i focus on one group a week

  • @soXdopeXsoXfly Yes- I would totally rotate muscle groups. Your muscles need to time to build and recover. Personally When I train each week I switch up my focus.

    Week 1.Body Building - Each day focusing on one muscle group.

    Week 2. Full Body Workouts

    Week 3. Circuit training

    Week 4. Start it all over again.

    I mix in cardio in there as well.

    It works for me, however everyone has different goals.

    My goal is to maintain a fitness model physique.
