"Un Sospiro" (Italian, for "a sigh") is the third of Franz Liszt's Three Concert Études. It is also referred to as Étude No. 39, and is a piano solo in D-flat major. This is easily the most complex piano piece I've ever learned. I don't take piano lessons, and I'm certainly no Lang Lang. :-) I know it's not perfect, but I wanted to share this with all of you, so enjoy! I made this video in memory of Abuelita. Descanse en paz Abue y vaya con Dios!! Te echo de menos!!! Con mucho cariño!!!
@Maddin1929 I thought the same thing too when I started up again, but I kept pushing myself. Take baby steps to get to the hard pieces. You gotta love what you play though, & that's the ultimate lesson. I quit in 5th grade for the same reasons you did. I learned under the Suzuki method and was forced to learn lame Baroque pieces that I had no interest in playing. Learn one measure a day and by the end of the year you'll have learned a complex piece. :-) Good luck and keep at it.

@Rmeister007 thank you for your answer :) i played the piano when i was six or seven years old. But the pieces they let me play where so annoying that i stopped.
Three or four years ago i started again and when i see someone like you playing a piece like that i really doubt that i'll ever be able to play this piece some time, too..

@Maddin1929 I took piano lessons from Kindergarten to 5th grade and then I picked it up again around my freshmen year in college. I haven't taken lessons since 5th grade, and I practice off and on whenever I'm motivated. :-) This was the hardest piece I've ever completed, but when there's a will, there's a way!
