Flair could have won it at least say Backlash, then defended it on RAW against HBK, and maybe Benjamin. Then had his rematch with HHH at Judgement day and lost it. Oh well.

But really at this point him all the sudden winning with the figure 4 leglock? I mean it has been years since he was able to win with it, the move became a joke. then out of no where he goes on this run and the figure 4 is now back to where it was. WHILE this was ok, as it completed his career, I THINK FLAIR WAS ROBBED, he should have had one last world title run. He should have beaten HHH, guys win the titles these days and hold it one month, COULD have done that for Flair.

As a fan for 27 years now, when this happened it was great. I mean its one of the only titles he has never held. And while at this time it wasnt near as worthy as it once was, it was nice. The MID card titles used to mean your were the second best, the number 1 contender. Now is a joke. Too many titles, the WWE needs to return to 1 world title, maybe keep the us and ic, and one tag team and womens.
