Hermann Goering should have been more attentive to his duties as Reichsmarschall than in playing with his trains, eating and drinking and falling asleep at military conferences. If he had kept his mouth shut and not promised to supply Stalingrad by air (which his own advisors knew was impossible) Hitler may have agreed to the break out of the Sixth Army from the Stalingrad pocket.

@46reno They were following the example of the Fuhrer. Hitler almost certainly had an incestuous relationship with his niece Geli Raubl. Actually, all three of the women with whom Hitler is said to have had a physical relationship killed themselves. Quite a record. (It is possible that Geli was murdered.)

Andy...you are a total idiot. I don't need Hollywood to tell me about Nazi scum. I have met too many survivors of the camps with the tattoo on their arm. My grandfather escaped from the filthy Nazis two times. Made fools of them. Only a small minded, disenfranchised, inferior feeling, weak, and ignorant white person would defend any Nazi. I am white and no liberal, but to me the KKK and Neo-Nazis are the fecal matter of humanity, along with every other bigot group no matter what color they are.
