lol, your comment has nothing to do with what I said.... I don't idolize him, I respect what he has to say but I don't idolize him. Im not raw, I eat 80% raw 20% cooked a lot of raw foods vegans think that I am crazy well who cares I eat what works for my body.

80/20 is a nice diet, u stay alkaline but still can get juiced up on some powerfoods that stick with u. i used to be way into all this rawligeon rawtards stuff but then i look around at people who eat a little diffeant and i find that even my dad whos 60 looks much better then this fool and he mows icecream pretty frequently and eats processed food but also alot of natural foods n salads. people go overboard for no reason

Good for your dad, we all have different diet structures a vegan diet works best for me, I have friends who are raw vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters and so on. I don't preach my diet to anyone.
