  • After thousands and thousands of YouTube comments I've finaklly found a user whose comments had to be removed. So if in the comments below you find people responding to a phantom, that's why. We are capable of disagreeing with each other without making vicious and vile remarks (in all caps, to boot).

  • I stopped after 6 weeks, i developed a worse form of acne with cysts, i also noticed that my cuts in my skin (from shaving) would not heal as quickly.

I started eating bread again and most problems caused by this diet are already gone. Probably because i eat less animal fat.

  • @FartyFace In certain respects it is related to politics and economics since it is obvious that certain special interests have indoctrinated individuals with what certain aforementioned groups have insisted is a healthy diet.

  • @lyethian Some people experience massive digestive distress from grains. I did. Of course that's going to have an effect on the body. It has nothing to do with the carbs (though all the carbs aren't good for you anyway).

  • I read the Eat Right for Your Type book in the mid 90's and followed the lists for Type O and it transformed my health. I already was not taking in any dairy for years.

  • @SuperIntelligentguy I'm not bright and I am ignorant..I think you should do some more research if you think an all plant based diet is best. I don't really care as I know it won't work for me. I love my animals and I'll eat them regardless of your ignorance.

    Gl with that

  • @Raiken3712 YOU'RE NOT VERY BRIGHT....A well balanced plant based diet, which is as fresh and unpolluted is the way to go...all of these weird diet gurus, who preach otherwise are just searching for lame suckers like you...libertarian philosophy at its best is part of a larger philosophy that pays respect to the laws of nature....you're just demonstrating your ignorance on these subjects.

  • @TWSceptic /watch?v=FSeSTq-N4U4

  • He was probably just allergic to cereal, now he's trying to sell his ideas to people ignorant about nutrition.
