Danah Boyd, who works at Microsoft Research New England and also serves as a fellow at the Harvard University Berkman Center for Internet and Society, gave the opening remarks at SXSW 2010 Interactive this year. She discussed privacy on the Internet.
"I think the most important thing that you should know is to be very, very careful of the tequila. Tequila will get you into more trouble than you can possibly imagine, especially if the tequila is given to you by one of your future colleagues, so I would really sort of warn against the tequila and late-night adventures."
