not a problem for me...i sometimes use sesame oil to stir-fry my chicken, steam fish, and marinate my fried chicken. the smell is awesome in the end :)
sesame oil is most necessary to use in stir frying meat with ginger for post pregnancy woman in asia....everyday :)

Whoa! Folks, do NOT use sesame oil to fry ingredients in. It will give a really "off" flavor to your dish We use it for flavor only at the end. Asians, like myself, just use either regular vegetable or canola oil for stir frying/frying in general. I also agree with using fresh garlic and coriander is indeed NASTY tasting.
i like your recipes and videos you made on youtube, but this one is a fail for me, heres why, you can't cook with seasme oil, you can add a tiny bit on top in the end, but not over heat the oil, you dumped in chicken after its been cooked and i notice water in bottom of bowl, that will make it soggy, instead of using honey, just use brown sugar to balance your salt in the dish, use corn startch to make sauce stick to stir fry
