نجوى كرم تسجن نضال الأحمديه

انتهى الخلاف حاليا وكلهم حبايب .. للمرة الأولى في تاريخ الصحافة الفنية يتم حدوث امر كهذا ويتم استصدار مذكرة بسجن صحفية في لبنان وعلى خلفية قضية فنية وصدور حكم يعرف بال"حبس الإكراهي" . فقد نشرت الصحف اللبنانية اليوم خبر حصول الفنانة نجوى كرم على قرار قضائي يقضي بسجن الإعلامية نضال الأحمدية، وهو ما يعرف بالقانون اللبناني بـ "الحبس الإكراهي".
وكانت الفنانة نجوى كرم كسبت دعوى قضائية على الأحمدية نتيجة حكم صدر عن محكمة التمييز الناظــرة بقضايا المطبوعات برئاسة القاضي نعمة لحود، ويقضي بحبس الأحمدية واستبدال الحبس بغرامة مالية مقدارها مليونا ليرة، إضــافة إلى غرامة عشرة ملايين ليرة لبنانية كعطل وضرر بعد إدانة الأحمدية بجرائم الذم والقدح والتحقير.
ولأن الأحمدية لم تنفذ الحكم، فقد استحصلت الفنانة كرم، وعبر وكيلتها القانونية المحامية غلاديس كرم، من دائرة تنفــيذ بــيروت على قرار حبس إكراهي وهــو ما صار لزاماً على الأحمدية تطبيقه.
وقدّمت كرم طلباً إلى النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في بيروت لتنفيذ قرار الحبس عبر قوى الأمن الداخلي ، وذكرت بعض الصحف ان مدة السجن هي ستة شهور. وقد قامت أمس فرقة من قوى الامن الداخلي بالحضور الى مكاتب الجرس مرتين فيما اقفلت الاحمدية خطوطها الهاتفية وقد علمت ايلاف انها غادرت مكاتب الجرس إلى منزلها في منطقة عرمون في لبنان فيما جرت الاتصالات طوال ليل أمس مكاتب الامير الوليد بن طلال وبين الفنانة نجوى كرم قد تسفر عن معالجة للامر وقد تولى هذه المهمة السيد سالم الهندي شخصياً مدير عام روتانا وقد تدخل شخصياً الامير عبر اتصال مكتبه بالزميلة الاحمدية وطمأنتها خصوصاً ان نجوى كرم من فنانات روتانا الاوائل واللواتي لهن مكانة خاصة في قلب الشركة المنتجة.
