A clarification on cpotato2004, aka 3-Cent Frank

Weltner got in trouble for apparently trying to scam donors to Hurricane Katrina relief charities.

"Locally, a self-professed white separatist became the target of a Missouri Attorney General's Office investigation after a consumer tip opened the door to at least 10 Internet domain names linking to www.InternetDonations.org, the same site that collects donations for www.Jewwatch.com.
On Monday, about a year after temporarily shutting down the operations at www.InternetDonations.org and its sister sites, St. Louis Circuit Judge Julian Bush made permanent the restraining order he entered against the site's operator, Frank Weltner.
The order prohibits Weltner and Internet Donations Inc. from soliciting charitable funds or hiring a professional fund-raiser from soliciting funds in Missouri. . . ."

The following excerpt from the above article explains why we should refer to him from now on as "3-Cent Frank".
"Weltner's "statement of deposits and disbursements" contained in the case file showed no charitable donations made to his PayPal account between Aug. 27, 2005, and Sept. 15, 2005, the date he met with members of the attorney general's office.
He said that although three cents had been posted to his account, they were never received."

I see that 3-Cent Frank just made a new video decrying those who would censor him on Youtube.

Nowhere in the video does he deny being a Youtube cheat. I know if I were accused of cheating and I didn't do anything to cheat the system, then I would make a video denying that I cheated, whether people believed me or not.
