PSP freezes when starting up with seplugins enabled (6.37 ME CFW)

I just recently updated the new 6.37 ME Custom Firmware then when i turn it off then turn it back on the Memory Stick Indicator lights (nothing blinks) and my screen is just staying in black not showing the boot . .

Problem Resolved: To prevent freezing do not enable your seplugins when on Recovery Menu because it will just freeze as some plugins from 5.00 m33/5.50 gen-d will not work at all . . I highly recommend you disabled them for now until a new CFW update that will solve the freezing problem

Also if you get mega screwed while install in when turning on the bricked psp an it's at the lite up black screen press O X Select Start and you should get a recovery menu which allows you to run a SEC updater to 6.35
