Hi thanks for posting this 9 banded. They primary eat insects and bugs and as far as know the 9 banded is not one of the Armadillo species that can roll fully into a ball. I believe that it is one of the State animals of Texas. Over my last 11 trips to Florida I have only seen them twice in the wild and both times was as night foraging in bushes on waste land next to parking lots

My dogs just killed a nine-bander tonight here in Southeast Texas(why I'm youtubing them). It seemed to be a full-grown one andm while I'm no veterinarian, not happy.

@Thedoctor19000 nah, needs to be replaced with some death metal.. followed by the armadillo rolling around and jumping up at peoples faces
-
What music is in the background? It really complements the armadillo's daily acitivities.

@rly2fly They rape women?! O.O one bad ass creature
I have read in books that they pollute the environment, rid the atmosphere of the ozone layer, rape women, and roll too much. is this true?

LOL! All except the part about rolling too much.:)
Seriously, they can be pest and damage property by digging but other than that usually they are quite peaceful creatures.
Thanks for watching.
