Dua Ahad - Allegiance to Imam Mahdi

Muslims are encouraged to pray for Imam Mahdi (AS) during his absence (occultation). There are a number of supplications pleading to Allah to hasten the return and rise of Imam al-Mahdi (AS)and this Dua is one of them.

It is reported from Imam Ja'fer Sadiq (a) that whoever recites this du'a for forty days, after morning prayers will be amongst the helpers of the 12th Imam (a). Should he/she die before the reappearance of the Imam (a), Allah will raise him/her from the grave in order for the reciter of this du'a to present him/herself to the Imam (a).

The translation is NOT saying the BOOK has been tampered with, the translation IS saying the LAWS of the Book have been tampered with. Examples of laws that have been tampered: -Washing the feet instead of wiping in Wudhu -Praying 5 times a day or 3 times a day -Time of prayers -Tarawih -Fasting on Ashura -Prostrating on objects other than earth -Praying with arms folded instead of open -Denouncing visitations of the holy shrines of the Ahlulbayt as Shirk (To be continued...)

The Imam will reappear and RENEW all the laws of Allah which have been tampered with by the so-called 'Muslim Scholars' bringing Islam back to the way it should be practiced.

Dont put your OWN interpreation on what is being said in the supplication.

Anyone who has the most elementary knowledge on the Shia Madhab would know that the general concencus amongst the scholars is that the Quran has remained untampered.

Its ashame we can't say the same about the Ahle-Sunnah, as Imam Bukhari records "Sahih" hadith telling us of missing verses, for example the Verse of Stoning etc. But that is another discussion for another day.
