A story about homelessness in London The value of any society is the measure of how it treats the most vulnerable. No one made a career choice to sleep on the streets of London. Many were dumped there by Thatcher's fake 'Care in the Community' project. She withdrew funding for the mentally unwell, and presented it as a liberal notion. Sadly, many charities bought the idea. We now see the consequences of it on the streets of London.

....an insightful and incredibly sobering view of UK, especially given the current climate, the violence-a memory of the Brixton Riots-it's anniversary-now 30 years ago. there are no winners, no simple solutions and opinion is divided and as one would expect, passionate. thank you for posting.
