@gasdorf Hee hee hee! I kicked Tramadol last week, it was so gnarly! Actually, to kick coffee painlessly, first thing in the morning, have the juice of a lemon. Gulp it down and then brush your teeth because the lemon juice is bad for your tooth enamel. But you get no coffee withdrawal. It really works. You have to do it for about a week, I think, though.

@gasdorf I think white rice is not super-nitritious and it can constipate, but I feel sure brown rice is full of vitamins and quite good for you (but hard to find in France, actually)! I just cannot eat poultry anymore really, especially not chicken -- too fatty. Nutrition is fascinating but it gets complicated and ideas do change. Many people have food intolerances and fluoridated tap water completely screws up your health, this I do know. xo

Remembering,, had to go through Buckeye to get to Cal back in the day,, used to be known for speed trap area make no mistake going through there back in the day a CB was useful talking to truckers for info,,there would be a patrol car behind every billboard sorta speak.
