  • Thank you, margyison. I couldn't agree more. I not only got to meet with the good doctor, but I have read each of his 4 books several times each. The last three books are where the doctor's understanding of TMS really unfolds. The success stories and the experiences of other doctors really drives it home. We can control and reverse the pain caused by TMS. I lifted weights and did a 4 mile power-walk today. A year ago, I was unable to stand on my own. Good luck to all. This stuff works!

  • Thanks for the offer about Tramadol. Thankfully, since I met with Dr. Sarno, and did as he suggested, I have been 95% pain free. I'm back to living an active life and even lifting weights, cycling, and talking long power walks. I think Dr. Sarno, is on to something and it's bigger than the medical community wants to admit. Good luck with your home business.

  • this book change my life also...i am a professional athlete (boxing) and and for 3 years i was unable to walk normaly...

    after i read the book many times , i start journaling i BELIEVE sarnos theory and now i do 2 or 3 mad trainings the day and i am boxing champion of my country. i think that says it all!

  • The book by Dr. John Sarno changed my life. For six months, I suffered from the most excruciating back pain imaginable. I underwent every conventional and many alternative therapies and treatments, and nothing helped. Within a week of reading (and accepting) Sarno's book, my pain had subsided 90%. Within 3 weeks, it was 100% gone. Every time it returns, I return to these reminders and it disappears. If you are suffering from back pain, do not despair. This may be the answer.

  • All I know is that many, many people could be cured or at least relieved of their pain by simply reading and believing in these 12 tms reminders. I'm a huge proponent of this method. The knife is not the answer in the far majority of cases.

  • brilliant work from Dr. Sarno. I can attest to the success of this program. It also works with several other "illnesses". Had severe psoriasis for about 3 months. Used some balms, lotions, etc. without success. Suddenly one day I thought to check if psoriasis was listed as a common TMS ailment in "The Mind Body Prescription" (also written by Dr Sarno). I found it was. The next morning I woke up without any dryness.

  • @cosbymon Don't know why the title of the book is spelled wrong, I meant The Mindbody 'Rx', of course.
