Atlantic City Flash Flood

This was part of a flash flood that happened off the Atlantic City boardwalk in NJ on [8.18.10.] around 4pm. Me and my boyfriend were enjoying a beautiful day at the beach when it happened. The storm came out of nowhere and so did the foot of water in the side streets...street lights eventually went out as well. I have never seen a flood like this in person before. I can't even believe this happened so close to home...I took this video after we decided to just forge the wind and rain and run back to my car from the Tropicana...which was a horrific journey. But then then saw this....
