I live in Dayton like 10 minutes away from there. I spend every day there in the summer and hike every other day in the winter.

no, it's a falls which i've heard called north pole falls which is off richland creek.

There is a smaller creek that flows off the main creek about 40 min. down the trail and that's where the cliff jumping is. The rest of the video is taken just swimming in the main creek.
