Prop 8 Commercial That Says It All. Vote Yes on Prop 8

Prop 8 has been very devisive. It has turned children into theives (see my other videos). Turned Gays into tyrants and name callers. It has turned school officials into liars. This video sums up what we, the Yes on Prop 8 people want for the next generation.

I feel this is commercial is not only an attack on gay parents, but also on unmarried straight couples and single parents as well.

I know a mother has a rape child - a man raped her and she got pregnant. She's single an unmarried, but she loves her child dearly. She's a wonderful mom.

What about people who want to adopt children to help them and give them a better life than an orphanage? At least married gay couples could give these children a good life.

@TheWarPlanet Yes Because All Children Are Conceived In Wedlock? It Would Be Totally Impossible And Out Of The Ordinary To For A Single Women To Be Pregnant? Excuse Me But My Parents Hated Each Other But Only Married Because My Mother Got Pregnant So Sorry But My Sorry Ass Is Not Here Due To "Normal" Marriage. Marriage Is For Love, And Our Perception Of Normal Is At A Constant Change. Your Morals Should Not Effect Us, I Am Pretty Sure That What The Bill Of Rights Is For.

You know when I was a child I was confused about the marriage. Then I saw a gay couple and my life turned upside down. I didn't understand values and became gay myself. I still have emotional scars and may never be the same. I want marriage to also be between same sex couples so that I am recognized in gods glorious eyes.

It's disgusting that they use kids to promote their hate. These people are the definition of evil. They are stuck in a generation where the bible and the church has control over everyone. Thank God we no longer live in a generation like that.

"we must put the rights of children ahead of the interest of a few adults"....? The child in this video will learn that marriage is a bout the love between two people, not about making babies. So don't act as if gay marriages will violate the rights of children and teach them that marriage has no meaning. If you think this will happen as a result of gay marriages, then you clearly don't understand the meaning of marriage yourself.

@ma7799 Homosexuality is NOT a LIFESTYLE. It is a sexual orientation. You think anyone would ever choose to be gay. Do you choose to be heterosexual? It has to do with prenatal hormones. Just because we are gay by biology and not by choice doesn't mean we can't live well adjusted lives just like everyone else. Have some gosh darn tolerance and stop telling me how my partner, my religious community and I can and cannot consider our monogamous relationship.

The logical fallacy of this particular commercial is if this gay couple were ALLOWED to MARRY, they would have waited until they were married to adopt (or surrogate) this child therefore thoroughly changing the text of this conversation. The little girl would see her fathers as married and know that even if marriage were solely about child-rearing (which it isn't), she would know that yes indeed marriage is "For Raising Children" and this gay relationship would in preserve its sanctity.
